How to Cancel Roku Subscriptions Subscription
Manage and cancel all streaming channels billed through Roku Pay in one dashboard. Deleting the channel on your Roku device does not cancel billing.
To cancel Roku Subscriptions immediately: go to the official portal at https://my.roku.com/account/subscriptions, sign in, and complete the cancellation steps. If your billing is routed through Apple App Store or Google Play, switch to the respective mobile platform tab to cancel through your device settings.

Removing Channel from TV Does Not Cancel: Deleting or uninstalling a streaming channel from your Roku home screen does NOT stop subscription billing. You must turn off auto-renew in account settings.

Direct Channel vs Roku Pay Confusion: If you subscribed directly on a channel's website (e.g. Netflix, Disney+), it will not appear on my.roku.com. You must cancel on that specific provider's site.

Canceling Directly on Roku Remote: You can also cancel on your TV: highlight the channel, press the Star (*) button on your remote, select 'Manage subscription', and click 'Cancel subscription'.

Sign in to your Roku account at my.roku.com.

Click on Manage your subscriptions.

Under Active Subscriptions, locate the channel or streaming service you wish to terminate.
