Open Notion and go to 'Settings & Members' > 'Billing' or visit notion.so/settings.

Confirm the downgrade. Your workspace will revert to Free at the end of the prepaid billing cycle.
If your workspace contains more than 1 member when downgrading to the free tier, Notion enforces a strict 1,000-block trial limit. Remove extra members to maintain unlimited blocks as an individual.
Free Notion accounts restrict single file uploads to 5MB (down from unlimited on Plus).
