Visit Kindle Unlimited Central and click 'Cancel Kindle Unlimited Membership'. Checked-out books are removed when the billing cycle ends.
To cancel Kindle Unlimited immediately: go to the official portal at https://www.amazon.com/kindle-dbs/ku/ku-central, sign in, and complete the cancellation steps. If your billing is routed through Apple App Store or Google Play, switch to the respective mobile platform tab to cancel through your device settings.

Visit the Kindle Unlimited Central page at amazon.com/kindle-dbs/ku/ku-central.

Log in to the Amazon account associated with your Kindle subscription.

Under Manage Membership in the left-hand menu, click Cancel Kindle Unlimited Membership.

On the retention confirmation page, click Cancel Membership.

Verify your cancellation date. You retain borrowing access until the current billing cycle expires.
