How to Cancel Jasper AI Subscription
Requires workspace owner role. Follow billing settings > Manage Plan > Cancel Subscription through retention survey.
To cancel Jasper AI immediately: go to the official portal at https://app.jasper.ai/settings/billing, sign in, and complete the cancellation steps. If your billing is routed through Apple App Store or Google Play, switch to the respective mobile platform tab to cancel through your device settings.

Log in to your Jasper AI dashboard at app.jasper.ai as the workspace owner.

Click on Settings in the bottom-left navigation bar and select Billing.

Under Plan Details, click the Manage Plan or Cancel Subscription link.

Complete the 3-step cancellation flow: select a cancellation reason, decline the 50% discount retention offer, and click Continue to Cancel.

Type CANCEL or confirm the final modal. Save the confirmation email for your records.
