How to Cancel ElevenLabs Subscription
Access Subscription tab in the web console. Unused monthly character credits expire upon downgrade to the Free tier.
To cancel ElevenLabs immediately: go to the official portal at https://elevenlabs.io/app/subscription, sign in, and complete the cancellation steps. If your billing is routed through Apple App Store or Google Play, switch to the respective mobile platform tab to cancel through your device settings.

Immediate Loss of Accumulated Character Credits: Unused character credits do not roll over. Upon downgrading to the Free tier, your monthly allocation drops back to 10,000 characters and excess credits expire.

Instant Voice Clone Deactivation: Custom voice clones created under Creator or Pro plans may be frozen or made unavailable for commercial usage once your paid subscription lapses.

Over-Usage Invoicing: If you enabled usage-based billing beyond your tier allowance, a final invoice for overage characters generated during the cycle will be billed.

Log in to the ElevenLabs console at elevenlabs.io.

Click on your profile avatar in the bottom-left corner and select Subscription.

Click on Manage Subscription to launch the customer billing portal.

Click Cancel Plan next to your current active tier (Starter, Creator, or Pro).

Confirm the prompt. Your subscription stays active until your current monthly cycle concludes.
