Navigate to Canva Billing & Teams settings at canva.com/account/billing.

Locate your 'Canva Pro' or 'Canva for Teams' subscription.

Click the three horizontal dots (...) next to the plan and select 'Cancel subscription'.

Click through the retention survey and confirm cancellation.
Custom brand kits, uploaded fonts, and transparent PNG downloads will become locked upon expiration. Download high-res exports before your subscription ends.
Pro members have 1TB of storage; the free tier is capped at 5GB. Existing designs are not deleted, but you will not be able to upload new media if over 5GB.
